Because every Redvision Jewelry is custom made, please be patient as orders may take up to 3 weeks.

SHIPPING

Shipping within the USA:
Items will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service by First Class and are insured.
Shipping to U.S. addresses is automatically calculated during the checkout process.

Shipping cost is based on total cost of Items:

$50 - $200	$10
$201 - $600	$15
$601 - $1000	$20

Shipping Outside the U.S.:
For shipping costs outside the United States, please email us at inquiry@Redvisionjewelry.com to determine shipping charges before submitting payment through PayPal.

Tax

Florida State Sales Tax of 6% will be added to items shipped to addresses in Florida. Tax is automatically calculated (on merchandise only) during the checkout process.

Return Policy

Items may be returned for Redvision Jewelry credit only within 10 days of receipt, less the original shipping charges. Customers must pay all return shipping charges. In order to receive credit, all pieces must be returned in original condition with original packaging, and received within the defined 10 day return period.

Any alterations to the jewelry whatsoever will void a return. All special orders sales are final. A special order is any item that requires a 50% deposit. A "return authorization" number is required to return a product to Redvison Jewelry. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain this number, and pending return approval, it will be issued accordingly. Please contact inquiry@Redvisionjewelry.com to obtain a return authorization number. Redvision Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any package not labeled with the required (RA) number. Any package delivered without proper authorization and labeling will be refused.
